Hansome Apache Solo Touring Canoe

Hanome Apache Trekk 14s FMP, solo touring canoe. A beautifully finished canoe with scuppered ash gunwales and deep dish, ash yoke. Please see the photos. All the wood trim has been oiled regulary and the boat has been kept in dry storage. The fibreglass hull is ivory in colour on the outside and sand coloured on the inside and is in good condition throughout.

The hull is arched and has ample rocker, this shows in the handling. It turns quickly and is a delight to paddle on rivers and lakes. There are some scrapes and scratches on the bottom of the hull, as is to be expected, please see photos. The woven ash seat is positioned for solo paddling and is slightly angled so it can be used in a kneeling position as well. The dished yoke is comfortable when portaging.

The canoe is 14 feet long with a 33 inch beam. It weighs 30 kg. Also included are the Endless River bouyancy blocks in green, as seen in the photographs ( Rrp £115). A great boat and a reluctant sale, it deserves to go to a good home. Collection only please.
