Mohawk 17' Fiberglass Canoe Needs Some Work - Burlington Nj 08016

Item is to be paid for within 7 days of auction end --- unless other arrangements are made )) Here's a nice canoe --- needs some work --- but is a bit better than it looks. This is a 17 ft long Mohawk Fiberglass canoe !! The canoe does need some repair --- but not as bad as it looks. The former owner spread resin out over areas that still had paint on it ...... which doesnt stick and all and just peels off.

There are two specific areas that need repair ---- the last two pics are spots where the repair should entail using some fiberglass cloth and resin. Or perhaps you are good with some new type of epoxy .... Not large areas ... perhaps a few inches. Other areas -- some have been repaired with fiberglass ... much of the canoe just needs a good paint job. Once repaired and repainted you will have a much better canoe than you can buy at DICKS This fiberglass canoe handles well ... the seats are in good shape ... very sturdy. The ribs on the bottom of the canoe add a lot more strength than new canoes have.
