15' Canadian Canoe Needs Some Tlc

Canadian Canoe in need of some TLC. Bought with every intention of fixing up and using... But like all my great ideas.......... I think it's a fairly easy fix for someone with a bit of time and woodworking knowledge (I have neither). It's of plywood construction with bit of rot at the front (photo says it all) I was going to replace the gunwale and put a small panel in the top of the hull. Apart from that everything seems pretty sound. (approximate) Dimensions are : Length 15' Width 40" Depth 13" weight (as best I can get from balancing the boat on the bathroom scales) 68lb.

I can easily pick it up and move it about on my own, unlike my Old Town Discovery. If you need to know anything I haven't mentioned please just ask....... Collection from Monmouth South Wales Thankyou for taking a look
