REVIEWS: 5 star : I searched all over (including creglist and classifieds board) for a nice big canoe for three people and this one was the best and cheapest! It is very wide so it will be hard to tip over, even when a jet ski passes by you in a canal(happens to me all the time). The square back makes it easy to mount a motor which I do all the time. I take my canoe out 4 days a week to a canal close by and I have a great time. It is also very easy to maintain you just spray it with a hose when your done.

I suggest spraying the chain that holds the waterproof sealed top with WD40 before using it. It looks a lot bigger in person(longer than my explorer). The material makes it easy to carry, but it is very durable and does not dent like aluminum canoes. I am very happy with my canoe! BTW it doesn't come with anything (paddles, anchor, etc).

Have had 3 people in it both times (an 8 yr old in the center) and haven't had any trouble with flipping. As long as the 8 yr old keeps his butt right in the center it is well balanced. Have fished out of it and have even shot waterfowl out of it already.

My kids have taken it out on our small pond and even they haven't flipped it yet.I'm able to get it on and off the van roof with the help of a 10 yr old.
