16ft Nova Craft Prospector Canoe & Paddles

This is an excellent all round canoe that can comfortably sit two people and luggage for camping. It can also be used solo by pointing the stern towards direction of travel and sitting backwards in the front seat. It has two wood and webbing seats which are comfortable to use all day. There is also a yoke for solo portaging or paracord handles on either end for dragging/carrying duo. On either end there is a length of floating rope for mooring.

As this is a prospector canoe, it has a slightly bowed shape to the hull which allows for far greater manoeuvrability on the water at the cost of being slightly more difficult to control, but this is easily overcome with practice. It has the usual dings and scrapes on the hull but is in excellent condition all round. I have stored it in a dry barn so there is no sun damage to the plastic at all. Also included are two brand new wooden paddles made by Grey Owl, measuring 146cm and 152cm. These are a good size for most unless you happen to be very tall.
