The shallow V-hull, in combination with our extremely stiff 3-layer polyethylene, provides an exceptional stiffness to weight ratio for this large canoe. The Cherokee 527PE adds to our range of composite Cherokees and is more suitable for use in arduous conditions or where daily hard wear may be expected. It is the ideal craft for rental operations, schools and groups.

You could easily fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children and have a very stable platform to canoe with. We have fashioned our own seat using a large plastic crate and foam, but there are fixings on the side to allow you to retro fit seats in the middle if you want to. Alternatively, just keep the space for storage if you are going on a long expedition. This is an incredibly tough canoe with loads of life left in it.

All of the components are top quality - including some very solid rope lashing points at front and back and very useful carry handles.
