Modular electric powered Canoe with detachable alluminium outrigger and canopy frame. This unique multiple use vessel is a high quality 4 metre fibreglass Canadian canoe with a detachable custom ultra light aircraft grade aluminium frame that supports a polycarbonate canopy and detachable fibreglass kayak as an outrigger (asymmetric catamaran). The electric outboard motor is a fully salt water rated Jarvis Walker Watersnake 12V brushless 70lb thrust model (newest model). The battery is an iTechworld lithium polymer 120Ah 12V unit weighing 13kg and will power this watercraft with 3 adults on board for 20kms at maximum speed (7.5km/h with the standard propeller*) The 20 km minimum range extends much further with solar input engaged or powering down (speed only drops slightly at 2 thirds power)Double the range with 1 extra battery (also available at extra cost). The iTechworld lithium batteries are designed to be charged with standard lead-acid car battery chargers.ma The modular design of the vessel allows it to be dismantled and transported easily.

I have transported the entire vessel on my roof-racks, on top of my camper-trailer, and I can load and transport anywhere by myself. The canoe is lightweight and beautifully built, but is large (1m beam) and does require some strength and coordination for 1 man to lift onto 4WD roof racks. The vessel can be used fully assembled as you see in the pictures, but the canoe and the kayak can both be used separately.The canoe has its own removable transom (pictured) so you can use it alone with the motor. The fully assembled vessel is so stable, it is easy to stand on the platform and cast a line. It easily transports 2 adults and 2 children -more in calm waters.

It is light enough for 1 person to drag up a beach or a riverbank. The box trailer is registered to August 2021 - Its completely unmodified -the padded custom boat cradle just slots in, so it can also be used as a standard box trailer. It comes with a locking tool box and spare wheel.
