Canoe, Rosco Scamper Solo, plus 3 electric outboard motors, 2 batteries, charger, PFD, trolley. Condition is "Used". Location: Forest Hill Vic, pickup only.Everything listed selling in one lot. I won't split it up at this stage. CANOE: Rosco Scamper Solo, 4 years old, blue.

4 m long, 80 cm wide, very stable. About 21 kg, built-in seat. Structually perfectly sound (no accidents) but scratches and some pitting from wear and tear as shown in the photos. This model sells new for $1450 from Brisbane (plus freight). Modifications: 2 stainless steel ring bolts installed at bow and stern.

Also 2 fittings for holding an outboard motot on each side, but these are only clamped to a seat tube by U bolts and can be removed, leaving boat intact. OUTBOARD MOTORS: 3 Watersnake transom mounted, ASP T-18 saltwater 12 Volt 7/15 Amp electric motors. These sell new from Anaconda for $159 (Club price). One is totally unused and as-new, except for a modification connecting an Anderson plug for the battery connection. The other two are about 4 years old, also fitted with Anderson plugs.

They have been modified by cutting away part of the mounting clamp (was never much use) allowing motor to be bolted to a specially made mounting. Whole unit can be then quickly removed from the canoe by loosening 2 wingnuts. Prop blades chipped but there are 2 new spares. One motor works perfectly, the other works only on the low speed setting (7A) but I still have been using it all the time. BATTERIES: Lanplus AGM 12 V 20 Ah.

Now about 4 years old, so not guaranteed, but they will get you started and give you some ideas. CHARGER: Arlec Compact 2500 12 V BC581. About $50 new, works perfectly, fitted with Anderson plug. PADDLE: Kayak style, has been repaired, take it if you want. PFD: Skimaster Seak L50 (Medium-Large Adult).

Clean, undamaged. New about $60. TROLLEY: My own adaptation, clamps on the top of the stern. Also makes it easy to load the canoe onto the top of your car.
