Canvas Canoe

1950's or 1960's Classic canvas PBK 20 canoe in reasonabley good condition, no rips to the hull, one tiny rip to rear deck while in long term storage. Picture shows black gaffer tape over rip. The picture shows a long strip but the rip is a straight thin puncture about 1 cm long. The deck was re covered by my Dad about 40 years ago and the hull given a Re paint of silver paint. Battens on the hull need re painting and gunnels / cockpit need re varnishing.

Some rust on the back brass seat fittings, rear back hand grip brass fitting has come off. Will try and find it. Apart from cosmetic appearance this classic double kayak is in solid condition, no rot holes or damage to wood or canvas. For anyone who knows these craft they are a piece of kayaking history. For its size amazingly light.

Have spent years in our family fishing, camping and pottering about in it. Really sad to see it go lack of space forces sale. Comes with two air bags, two storage tarps shown in background of pic 11 , two back rests, two spray covers, 1 has been ripped and patched. 1.2m wide, 4.4m long, 0.5m high collection only.
