Description: 

I have built a 18.5 foot cedar strip canoe following Gil Gilpatrick's book "Building a Strip Canoe". I built the strong back (frame, stations and stems) myself but no longer need it. This is a great project for the winter. I am selling it for the cost of the material. It saves you a major step in the building process.The strong back can be used many times or resold when done.

The picture of the canoe is only a reference to show what it will look like and not for sale.Because of the size, you will need to arrange for pickup north of Baltimore, near I-83.Please email with questions.
