A bit heavier than others at 80 lbs + has a strong aluminum frame embedded into the boat.Never used in salt water ! Made of Coleman RAM-X material and aluminumwith stainless steel fasteners.To load and unload this boat, you will need 2 fairly strong/fit people.The gunwales are also aluminum - not like the plastic of most modern canoes, ok ?
