Coleman Journey 15' 6" - Ideal Beginners Canoe

Welcome to the sale of our much loved Coleman Journey Canoe. This is an ideal beginner’s canoe (the reason I bought it) it is virtually indestructible, very stable and tracks well. It will easily carry 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, plus camping stuff and the dog! Coleman has a reputation for making things to last, and that’s certainly the case here. There are no cracks in the Foam filled seats (they provide buoyancy should the worst occur, but that’s never happened to us).

The canoe has been well used, but not abused, it has the usual launch/beaching scraps on the hull (see pictures) but nothing serious given the thickness of the RAM-X construction. It has always been kept on trestles covered in a tarpaulin for over 18 months in the garden, the pictures were taken without it being washed or fettled, and so what you see is what you get. Please bear in mind this canoe is probably over 10 years old, and is showing its age on the decals, and the Aluminum gunwales could do with a polish it you like things shiny.
