Coleman Ram-X 17'  3/4 Person Canadian Canoe, Excellent Condition & Life Jackets

Coleman RAM-X 17' 3/4 Person Canadian Canoe in Excellent condition.Has had minimal use and not used for the last five years, has been stored under cover to prevent UV degradation. The original Coleman premium paddles are also included. This canoe is made from Ram-X and also, has the aluminium framing/bracings so is extra robust and sturdy compared to some and, therefore, much less likely to flex. It is extremely safe and stable on the water and great for calm water or rapids, being virtually indestructable. It is also the longer, 17 foot / 5.4m version.There is polystyrene buoyancy at each end (bulkhead panel removed so you can see on photo) and superior quality carry handles/loops have been added with tubing.

These canoes make great family boats with loads of space for luggage and equipment as well as two children on the centre seat. We have done a couple of down river camping trips in the past with our two young boys. They have now grown up so it would be nice to see others get the enjoyment we did. I would suggest the canoe is in excellent condition, although as with any used canoe, there are minor scrapes and light scratces on the bottom. We have also included two Crewsaver 'Supersafe' Life Jackets.

These are 100N rated, include an integral harness and 'D' ring on the rear to attach them to boat if required, leg loops, reflective strips and whistle. They are sized 'Junior' and Large Child. Our two boys were wearing them up to ages 8 and 11 respectively and they were quite tall for their age I believe. From memory, I think these cost about £40 each. The canoe is collection only.

This can be collected from our driveway where there is plenty of room to park and load onto car. I do wish to maintain social distancing so will require full payment upfront so as not to handle cash on the day.
