Coleman Ram-X 17 Four-Seater Canadian Canoe

Large four seater family open Canadian style canoe, with paddles. RAM-X is Coleman's proprietary name for high density polythelene (HDPE) which makes for virtually indestructible canoe hulls because it is so flexible, tough and resilient. This example is well used and well loved, bearing scratches from normal use and handling. At 17' (5.15m) long and 37" (94cm) wide it is roomy and stable, comfortably seats two adults and two children with camping equipment and has built in bouyancy to render it unsinkable. Used on sea, rivers, lakes and lochs all over England, Wales and Scotland for camping and fishing trips and has even been used to transport four fat blokes several miles to the pub and back.

Now the children have grown up and left home, only the two-seater sit-on kayak gets used, so it's time to pass this on to others for them to enjoy. Note that it takes two people to lift it onto a roof rack, which needs to be wide enough to carry it. Due to its size it needs to be picked up.
