One, by sitting in the middle where the child seat is. In this position, the footrests are a little too far to reach for most people. Another option is to sit at the back of the kayak and put a counterweight in the front to keep the kayak level, or else the Kayak will rise in the front making it harder to track in a straight line. Setup was very easy even though there wasnt a single piece of instruction with the kayak. But I did get detail tutorials emailed randomly over the next couple of weeks. First paddle, took a little longer to get to the water as the trolley was difficult to use but thought it was user error. One the water it is great, stable, smooth and easy to manoeuvre. It would benefit from having a rudder.
Layout is good apart from the rear seat where the included rod holder it hard up against your crotch which is surprisingly unpleasant when paddling and fishing. It is very stable on the water and the missus feels safe. There is also plenty of room for all our gear and the c-tug trolley wheels which sit perfectly in the middle of the kayak. It is a more solid plastic than others I had been looking at and appears well constructed especially for the price. There is a slight scape on the bottom of the kayak which looks like it happened in transit as the packaging was torn in that area. This can happen with a lot of things delivered these days, but not worth worrying about as it will probably get a few more scrapes over time.

Certain models have a longer warranty, please check the item description for full details. Please contact our customer service team immediately should you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased from us. Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed.
Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement/repaired product will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty period. Returns In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included.
A 15% restocking fee will apply. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted. Credit minus postage/delivery fees, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs. Original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty.
All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer's expense.
