The customer service is worse. Nobody cared about my son’s injuries when I complained. Don’t waste your money on the playpen. Because you need to make extra efforts to fix it and pay extra attention when baby is inside. More importantly, don’t let your child to take the risks of injury!

Ordering was super easy and pickup was a breeze even though one person from K2F on the phone gave me wrong information, but that was just an annoyance. Setup was very easy even though there wasnt a single piece of instruction with the kayak. But I did get detail tutorials emailed randomly over the next couple of weeks. First paddle, took a little longer to get to the water as the trolley was difficult to use but thought it was user error.

One the water it is great, stable, smooth and easy to manoeuvre. It would benefit from having a rudder. Layout is good apart from the rear seat where the included rod holder it hard up against your crotch which is surprisingly unpleasant when paddling and fishing. Ordering was super easy and pickup was a breeze even though one person from K2F on the phone gave me wrong information, but that was just an annoyance. Setup was very easy even though there wasnt a single piece of instruction with the kayak. But I did get detail tutorials emailed randomly over the next couple of weeks.

First paddle, took a little longer to get to the water as the trolley was difficult to use but thought it was user error. One the water it is great, stable, smooth and easy to manoeuvre. It would benefit from having a rudder. Layout is good apart from the rear seat where the included rod holder it hard up against your crotch which is surprisingly unpleasant when paddling and fishing. At the price point i was a little worried about quality however there were so many good reviews so i took the chance. When i arived at the warehouse (Newcastle) to pickup the guy was really helpfull and gave me some good advice plus helped me pick out a few things i was unsure about. The Kayak is stable on the water, tracks really well and the seat is comfortable! The Quality is amazing at the price point compared to the regular store brands kayaks2Fish is the only way to go. Also there is a really good facebook group for owners to share tips,tricks and advice!

Please contact our customer service team immediately should you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased from us. Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed.

Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement/repaired product will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty period. Returns In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included.

A 15% restocking fee will apply. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted. Credit minus postage/delivery fees, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs. Original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty.

All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer's expense.
