Used hōu Prospector canoe, 15ft 8" in green, with kneeling thwart, buoyancy blocks, fully laced, bow and stern loops and painters.In my opinion the canoe is in a good but used condition and it does have the usual scuffs and scrapes from general use, but no cracks or significant damage. As perception of condition is subjective I would suggest that you arrange to view the boat before making a commitment to purchase if you are in any doubt about the condition from the photos.I purchased the canoe from Desperate Measures in March 2019 and they provided and fitted the additional outfitting.The canoe can be paddled solo from the kneeling thwart or even sitting backwards on the bow seat as the boat is symmetrical. It can also be paddled tandem from the webbed seats, or three up using the kneeling thwart as the middle seat. It is a very stable canoe when you want it to be, but can also be fast and agile due to the rocker. Cash on collection only from Birstall, Leicester (outside of the Leicester city lockdown zone).
