Inflatable Canoe, Stearns Backcountry 11ft 6inch 2 Man

Here I have my (Unused) Stearns Backcountry Inflatable 2 Man Canoe, Red canvas outer, grey inner and bladders. Comes with 2 collapsible paddles and repair kit including replacement boston valve (also unused). 2 Inflatable clip-in seats. Storage bag. Bought at a boat show in Margam Park a few years ago for £300, always intended to use it in Cardiff Bay and on local rivers but never had the time to get out there.

Also I never learned to swim! Its been taken out of its bag at home and inflated on carpet to see how big it was and check the seams etc, then repacked and stored dry in my lock-up. Comes in a heavy duty bag which is a bit grubby from storage but it's kept the canoe itself in good shape. The canoe is made of tough, pvc, shaped bladders encased in 600 denier canvas. Boston valves to inflate the sides and floor.

Takes about 10 minutes to inflate by hand, has pressure relief valves to prevent overinflation in the side tubes. Deflated and carefully rolled and folded, the canoe and seats will fit back in the bag easily, the paddles come in a seperate netting bag. I understand it is a very stable and rigid canoe on the water, I have included a link to a youtube video of the canoe being tested because I have never had the chance to get out on the water, sadly. Otherwise a good tough inflateable. There is no inflater pump with this canoe, it wasn't supplied with one. I used a mattress inflator to pump it up when I checked it. Rolled and bagged the whole thing weighs about 20kg Collection preferred, but I can pack it for collection by courier at the buyers expense. PayPal or cash on collection accepted.
