Description: 

For sale is a 1902 (ish) Detroit Boat Company "Hudson River" 15' canoe serial number 7745. It was purchased used by my family in 1907 on Keuka Lake in western NY. It is constructed of period correct (pre-fiberglass) heavy canvas stretched over cedar hull with closed gunnels. It was restored 30 years ago and has not been used but a couple of times since. It has been carefully stored out of the sun and weather since restoration.

This museum quality canoe is very rare, very old and a stunning display item in red and natural wood finish. It goes through the water very nice since it is quite narrow. I am open to delivering or helping with transportation under the right circumstances. Please contact me with any questions.
