First paddle, took a little longer to get to the water as the trolley was difficult to use but thought it was user error. One the water it is great, stable, smooth and easy to manoeuvre. It would benefit from having a rudder. Layout is good apart from the rear seat where the included rod holder it hard up against your crotch which is surprisingly unpleasant when paddling and fishing. At $1499 for a brand new pedal kayak it looked the best value Kayak to get me out onto the Reservoirs and creeks without spending thousands of $$ more! Well after getting my Kayaks2Fish Next Gen 11 I was not disappointed. The quality was good and with only one small problem from the factory, that I had read about in other reviews. The Nut that holds the rudder on was not tight, so an easy fix and one you should check if you buy this Yak!

Apart from that everything was spot on and my first outing was a pleasure to be out on the water being able to fish hands free, while pedalling with ease around the reservoir. Plus if you join the Kayaks2Fish Tribe and Kayaks2Fish Owners group on Facebook you can get all the help/information you might need + share your own adventures! Ordering was super easy and pickup was a breeze even though one person from K2F on the phone gave me wrong information, but that was just an annoyance. Setup was very easy even though there wasnt a single piece of instruction with the kayak.

But I did get detail tutorials emailed randomly over the next couple of weeks. First paddle, took a little longer to get to the water as the trolley was difficult to use but thought it was user error. One the water it is great, stable, smooth and easy to manoeuvre. It would benefit from having a rudder. Layout is good apart from the rear seat where the included rod holder it hard up against your crotch which is surprisingly unpleasant when paddling and fishing.

For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement/repaired product will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty period.

Returns In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
