Mad River Canoe 16' Eclipse, Forest Green

Forest green. The hull of super durable, thick laminate ABS material is suitable for rugged and abusive conditions. The Elipse was a classic all-purpose model, competent for fishing, camping, cruising or pushing the limits of exploration. Wicker ash wood seats and yoke of ash hardwood, newly varnished. Built in 1994, this well built and strong canoe has been used a couple of times a year on flat water, as shown in the pictures.

It has never been on whitewater and has always been garaged out of the sunlight and temperature extremes. There are no punctures, patches, or dents...only a few small surface scratches on the bottom on original paint. You can't buy a new canoe today with this quality of construction. The canoe comes with two paddles, two vest type lifejackets, and a lift system for garage hanging. Will deliver within 120 miles of Oberlin, Ohio, or pick up here.
