The Explorer is suited to white water use, lakes, canals and lochs. The Explorer is made from Mad River's Triple Tough construction which consists of a foam core sandwiched between two layers of high density polyethylene. The interior and fixed seats are in very good condition. The photos show the canoe with and without the float bags fitted (the bags are not inflated in the pictures).The canoe has never been used in white water and has only been used in fresh water lakes and rivers. They look very smart and are excellent to use. Clamps on; needs no mounting hardware or tools.These are in good condition and we found them very comfortable for longer trips, though we usually added a waterproof cushion for extra comfort. (If purchased new £90 each) 15m Bullet lineOnly used in earnest once but a valuable accessory if you find yourself in need of assistance to moor or beach the canoe - a necessary safety feature (If purchased new £33) Other accessories like cupholder, sling seat for third small passenger and mooring ropes included. The sling seat is shown fitted in the canoe.

It hangs from the gunwales and is designed for a child so that they do not sit in any water that may be sloshing around in the bottom of the canoe.
