Novacraft Prospector 16 Foot Canoe In Red Royalex Rx - Super Condition!

Get out on the water and go exploring in this superb canoe built in Canada where they know a thing or two about canoes! Novacraft has a brilliant reputation for building high quality canoes designed for the toughest conditions. The Prospector 16 is as happy hauling big loads (2 or 3 up with camping gear) or being paddled solo on a quiet autumn afternoon. The build material is something called Royalex which is a super tough and resilient material comprised of several layers. Novacraft built it's boats using the heaviest grade of Royalex (RX) adding to it's durability. This one is in super condition as the boat has only had flatwater use on the Thames and other freshwater lakes and rivers - it has never been used in any real moving/white water. It comes fitted with two wooden laced seats, which are super comfy, a carrying yoke which is very comfortable and the bow and stern sections were laced and webbed for buoyancy bags when the boat was supplied to us by Marsport in Reading. We have used this mainly as our 'family boat' in the summer for day trips but it is not getting as much use as it should, which is a real shame so I am selling it to fund a lighter and smaller solo boat.
