Open Canadian Canoe

Ok, sadly the time has come for me to sell my We-no-nah Adirondack. This is heartbreaking but isn’t getting the use it deserves. The boat is the standard Royalex with vinyl gunwales in Green with ash thwarts / yoke and cane seats and is in good condition. Yes it is a used boat and does have some scratches and marks on (see photos attached) and has been stored in my garage. In use I have found the canoe to be light (for a Royalex) boat and a very smooth paddling tandem tourer.

It's also surprisingly quick and it’s effortless to maintain a very good cruising speed. I specifically bought it for its tandem flat water speed and I’ve been surprised at how well it has handled multi day trips loaded with gear and two heavy paddlers. I've also had numerous 'messing about on the water days' with my children on board and the stability offers the reassurance to press on. I have paddled longer day trips with two adults and two children and an adequate sized picnic and again found this a relaxing paddle with good speed and stability. Similarly, paddled reversed as a solo from the bow seat it works well as a good flat water tripping boat.

New the RRP is around £1500 or so (if you can find one) and I think this would suit someone who is looking for a good flat-water boat for relaxed paddling that has a good turn of speed when required be that day tripping or something a little further afield.
