For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Returns In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
