Not seen anything like this before! These are full sized plans for a two seater, build it yourself, canoe! I think they date to the 1960s. The phone number for the producer of the plans is “Alderminster 257”. The main plan is about 3 meters long!

There is also a smaller plan which is to scale and the original build instructions. Lovely vintage item and very unusual. Build your own canoe :) Condition is good. Some discolouration to paper as to be expected.
