We offer a 30-day return policy. Return Merchandise Authorization ALL returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days. If you are returning product(s) for any reason, please notify us of your return. Please note, in case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement.

Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all please notify us of such issues. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return. Defective Items Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty.
In the case that the manufacturer is unable to provide resolution, Reds Gear will replace the defective item. Reds Gear will also pay for the return shipment of these items. Standard Returns (no longer want/need item) All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding. All items returned for this reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
