Made by Swift Canoe, Canada a leading manufacturer of quality composite canoes it was purchased new in 2013 and only used a few times. It is like new condition wise. Two tone Ruby over Champagne with Kevlar Gunwales As described by Swift’s catalog “ The Algonquin 16 has excellent stability yet paddles and handles effortlessly. Appreciated for it’s roominess and stability.

For photography, hunting, fishing and other activities that require stability, the Algonquin 16 has few equals” This canoe is fast / stable / roomy and is unbelievably lightweight. It would excel at just about any task, including expedition / tripping in addition to being the perfect family lakeside canoe. Specs: 36” Gunwale Width 13” Center Depth 21” Bow / Stern Height Weight was listed as 36 lbs plus 1 to 2 lbs extra for the 2 tone option. Purchased from Adirondack Lakes & Trails Outfitters, Saranac Lake, NY in 2013. I have the receipt and will provide a copy.

I found your listing while researching a national search for this model and noticed that you are located in Auburn. I am from Minot and currently live in Portland. Your posting says that price is firm, but I wanted to confirm. Do you have any feedback about this canoe that you would care to share? I am primarily interested in this model primarily for fly fishing solo and duck hunting. I want something that I could bring my wife or step daughter in as well. Any feedback is appreciated.
