Tyne Fibreglass Double Canoe

For sale is our family's old Tyne Fibreglass Double Canoe. We bought it secondhand (I think around 40 years ago) from someone who had used it on the River Thames with his son.We have pottered around on the Stroudwater Canal, taken it on holiday to the Pembrokeshire coast and enjoyed days out on the River Wye. (In 2006 one of our sons travelled most of the length of the Wye with it, camping overnight for a charity event). As you can see from the photographs it is not in prime condition.It has a few patches - well 14 on the underside and several more inside. (The patches could do with some attention).There is woodworm in one of the seat backrests.The wooden paddles are sold as seen.The folding trolley is past its best but the wheels still rotate and detach.

I am hoping that someone else may still be able to have a bit of fun with it for a few years yet. Viewing might be arranged in central Gloucester.Buyer collects.
