Vintage Rare Chock / Cleat / Rope Guide Penn Yan Swift Trail Boat

This is a rare find. After much research I have not found another identical part. The part is in decent condition for it's age. Showing signs of cosmetic wear and imperfections as shown in the pictures but is fully operational and functions as intended. There are two dark colored lines leading away from mounting screw holes.

They look like cracks but I think they are stains as they don't appear on the underside directly opposite the marks. These were removed from a 1950's PennYan Swift 15' runabout that I purchased as part of a deal to aquire the TeeNee trailer that it was setting on. The boat was beyond restoration so I will be listing parts in seperate auctions over the next few weeks. Boat pictured for reference only and not being sold. I beleve the part was a rope guide used to guide an anchor. It was mounted on the steering wheel side of the boat, just in front of the windshield and on the top edge of the deck. Again, please be aware this is a used part and shows signs of cosmetic wear and imperfections as shown in the pictures but is fully operational and functions as intended.
