Asset must be picked up from our location within 7 days after close of auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing prior to bidding. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle or vessel will be registered. After sale ends, winning bidder will have 7 days to complete sale. If you can't pick up the item within 7 days, you must still send full payment within the 7 days... We will hold the item for you (7 days storage included with the sale,) while you make arrangements to pick up the item!
This auction will close at its scheduled time to the high bidder (provided the reserve is met) no exceptions. However, we still reserve the right to cancel any auction due to listing errors. Winning bidder will get all applicable ownership documents, and a bill of sale (when applicable)disclosing the winning bid. Winner will then be responsible for any tax and license fees (including back fees, if applicable).
