Wenonah Fisherman Canoe

This is the Wenonah 14 foot Fisherman canoe in Royalex. Royalex was the epitome of canoe construction materials for this type of canoe owing to its lightness, stiffness, and abrasion resistance. Royalex was discontinued by the manufacturer in 2014 and this was one of the last Wenonah Royalex canoes. While this boat will work well for general recreation or even downriver, it excels at fishing. It is beamy and therefore solid.

I can easily cast while standing when fishing alone. Because of its suprising capacity, this boat works well for one or two. I usually fish alone, and I reverse the canoe and paddle from the bow seat thereby keeping my weight amidship. The canoe is light and can be loaded by one person. This canoe has been used very little, has always been garage kept, and is like new.
