Wood & Canvas Bob's Special 15' Chestnut Canoe, Excellent Restored Condition

15' Bob's Special Wood and Canvas Canoe - Original Owner, A beautiful and functional masterpiece of canoe building. Excellent condition. Built of Eastern white cedar. Painted green. Restored in 2001 by Wayne Mowery of Davidson, NC, Repaired a cracked rib, re-canvased , and installed heavier brass fitting for more rugged canoe camping.

Not used since.Always kept in a heated garage. She is looking for a good home where she will continue to receivelove, appreciation, and care. Hand-built in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in 1970-1972. Builder number 12188. Purchased at Moor and Mountain in Concord, Massachusetts.

Length 15' 1", width 37", depth 12.5". 700 pound capacity. Good for two adults and gear. Handles great on the water and tracks in a straight line. Easy to portage using yoke.

Will deliver canoe free within a 4 hour drive from Western North Carolina.
