16' Old Town Discovery Scout, rare heavy duty river canoe. Lightly used on lake. Condition is Used. Local pickup only.Very lightly used, extra heavy-duty river running (or flat water) canoe. Barely used, on flat water only, garage kept, and in excellent condition.

Still has the stickers on it! This is not one of the regular Old Town Discovery series. Extra deep, 1775 lb capacity !!! , extra heavy-duty construction. If you're doing rivers and rapids, don't end up disappointed (or even dead) because you bought some junk department store canoe.

Although designed for heavy-duty use in rivers and rapids, it works just fine on flat water as well. Sold new in the $1500. Range with paddles. There are very few of these around because they were so expensive when new. There are none available in this condition.
