Old Town 16 Foot Canoe, Kennebec Whitewater Model

Old Town Kennebec is a discontinued 16' model from the late 1980's, This extremely durable, stable Royalex boat was designed as a whitewater canoe.. It can be filled with flotation ( mounting rings installed ) and spray skirts , knee pads installed , and used in Class IV-V whitewater. Or it can be loaded with up to 1,100 lbs of paddlers and gear for river camping, fishing or hunting. The hull is flat bottomed, no tumblehome, with rockered entry so it is easy to eddy out or spin. Kevlar skid plates on front and back leading edges for protection. Plastic coated aluminum gunnels are tough, maintain structural rigidity.

Mounted In the front is a Perception dry box to keep your clothes, equiptment, dry and safe. Paddles included . Excellent adventure canoe as it will do everything you want to do on the water. Located in Blwoing Rock for pickup or will consider delivery if required.
