Old Town Canoe

I just completed restoration of this 1910 Old Town Yankee 16. All of the wood is original except outwale which are full length ash (no scarf) and seat drops which I turned a bit larger and nicer than original from Ash.There is new canvas and seat caning, the rest is original and has been stripped, lightly sanded and recoated with 5-7 coats of spar varnish including caned seats which are very solid. I have the original deck/floorboards, they were left out for the photos and are in good condition.The inwale/oulwale and thwarts are gloss the rest semigloss with UV additive. The rub strake on the bow and stern are original copper.The canvas has traditional filler(no Epoxy) with two coats of high build primer and four coats of Sea Green single part polyurethane gloss paint. The serial number is 19841 which can be looked up online to prove age of the canoe.

I have before and after pictures and videos. The canoe was owned by one family for most of its life until I acquired it a few years ago.
