This appeared to be a new and unread copy, BUT SINCE IN A COLLECTION WITH A FEW BOOKS THAT HAD CUT PAGES, I went page by page and found (almost impossible to see) page 73/74 had been cut out at gutter. So hard to see, do not believe others cut.
