Old Town Canoe Penobscot 186 Royalex Green Woven Cane. Condition is Used. I am the original owner of this boat. Purchased new some years ago in L.R. Arkansas. It has always been kept in a garage and always washed off after every outing.

It's in excellent condition. The paddles are very nice. Hardwood straight and bent-shaft paddles. The bent shaft paddle is especially high quality and light. Also, two children's paddles for the "crew" as well as a kayak-style double paddle.

This last is specially designed for a canoe and is therefore much longer than a normal kayak paddle with larger blades. I love using this one from the rear seat. Great control and speed. This boat is GREAT for families. I have taken it numerous times with TONS of gear and kids.

It really holds a lot and is very stable. I have many times had 2 adults and 3 kids AND a dog (yes, the labrador) in it and never had problems. Great boat. 2 "issues":1) A small piece of plastic in the peak of the bow was chewed by my labrador puppy. They love plastic!

Shown in last photo.2) It has been out on the New River a number of times, and the bottom has scratches to show it. None are particularly deep. Simply cosmetic. Good luck, and happy bidding.Local pickup only. I will certainly NOT be shipping this thing.
