Has some of the usual scratches from use but nothing of any note.Avery stable canoe Great for old pros and beginners alike a pleasure to paddle .Big enough for adults the kids and any amount of kit you could even take the dogs and still have room far a dance .Ideal for camping expeditions for days out or just a couple of hours peace and quiet and to be at one with nature also so I'm told they are excellent for fishing .Included are three life preservers of various sizes ,Two wooden Carlisle paddles of different lengths and an aluminium double paddle as used on kayaks . Please Take look at the pictures .The Old town Charles river is manufactured from a tough plastic made to withstand any amount of abuse . The Old Town Charles River is made from a three Layer Polyethylene construction which has been used to manufacture canoes for decades.

Made up of three layers, an inner layer of close cell foam is sandwiched between two layers of high-density polyethylene ensuring that the canoe has superior strength and durability while still remaining buoyant. The three layer polyethylene provides a lighter ,stiffer and stronger build than that of a single layered canoe.There are Two nylon web seats Ash yoke and thwart and comfortable carrying handles . All in all it's a cracking bit of kit you wouldn't need much of anything to get going only perhaps the water to put it in , Rivers canal lakes and lochs hold no fear for this canoe . I have seen quite a few of these type of boats with outboard motor set ups and they go really well on bigger water .
