Old Town Discovery 164 Canoe 16ft

The Old Town Discovery 164 is revered by many as a high quality, well handling, indestructible canoe. Its an original Old Town canoe built in Maine USA a place renowned for canoe building. This is a high quality canoe with a very carefully crafted hull designed for great handling on the water in a variety of conditions. The canoe is 5 meters or 16.4 foot long. It very comfortably fits two people and plenty of gear or it can fit three people with an extra removable seat (provided).

The seat are made of real wood and wicker. The rear seat is somewhat worn but works fine. As most canoes that have had a fair amount of use the hull has plenty of scratches on it (as seen in the photos) but they are all superficial. The hull is perfectly sound. This is a great canoe for one or two people to have a lovely day out on a lake or river or a longer camping holiday.
