This is a 1976 model that has had a recent complete refurbishment (cost over $1700). This model is currently listed at the Oldtown website for $8999.99 (https://oldtowncanoe.johnsonoutdoors.com/guide-16-10). Refurb included new covering, new seat inserts and complete refinishing. These canoes are much easier to paddle and track better than plastic, aluminum or fiberglass canoes. There are two original, vintage Oldtown wood paddles included.
