Rare Old Town Tripper Canadian Canoe With Grey Owl Paddles, Buoyancy Aids & More

For sale is our wonderful and genuine Old Town Tripper canadian canoe. It comes with two grey owl paddles (one larger/one smaller), floatation devices (two adults/two children), portage wheels, throw line and car roof carrier kit - all you need to head off to the water with the family! Made from Royalex this sturdy canoe can safely carry you and your family and whatever equipment you might need for your trip. These don't come up for sale very often so don't let this lovely canoe pass you by! Hardly used by us due to work commitments etc it's time to let this gorgeous craft go to someone who will actually get the pleasure of taking her out on the water.

She paddles easily with a heavy load - she is exceptionally stable and can easily do whitewater. This canoe is regarded by many as the best tandem wilderness tripping canoe. It doesn't need two to paddle it though, one person with experience can use this canoe. Included are our two grey owl paddles. Much as we considered keeping them to display on the living room wall (they are just beautiful), it makes more sense for them to stay with the canoe!

Safety of course is necessary so we're including our buoyancy aids - Delta Ranger and Delta Traveller (both size L/XL - 55N for 107-120cm /75-100kg) and a Yak Junior (35N for 76-86cm/30-40kg) - all have distress whistles attached. Also included is a smaller and older Helly Hansen lifejacket (30N for 15-20kg) (sorry this wee lifejacket has the name 'Bushby' written on it - we picked it up second hand and are throwing it in here if you want it :-) ). Also included is our HF Throw Bag (Rescue Pro throw line/rope -Compact Alpin - 20m in length), the C-Tug/portage wheels/trolley and the universal car carrier kit (no roof rack is needed with this kit). When we bought our kit we tried to buy the best quality we could at the time - this is a great bundle which has only been used literally a handful of times (with the exception of the Helly Hansen lifejacket which we bought second hand and has clearly seen some use in its time with its previous owner!). We are extremely sad to see it all go, however we simply do not have the time to put her to any decent use - and she deserves to be out on the water exploring!
