Vintage 1982 Old Town Wood Canvas (?) 18' Canoe Green Cane Seat Very Good Shape!

DESCRIPTION:Beautifully maintained, vintage Old Town wood slat and canvas (?) 18' canoe. Serial number: 222682 (which I assume means that the last two digits is the year manufactured "82"). Serial number on the manufacturer's plaque matches. Purchased from an estate. It had been stored hanging upside down (as is recommended) from the roof of a garage for years (maybe decades based on the dirt I had to clean off to take these photos!).

Interior wood ribbing (and wood slat subfloor) are in amazing condition. Cane seats also in very good condition with no damage. "Old Town" stencil/painted on sides. Nice forest/deep green painted exterior. There are some slight signs of paint overlap on the wood trim…so I assume it was repainted at some point in its 42 year old life.

Perfect for your camp or cabin retreat! DIMENSIONS:It's an 18' canoe, actual end-to-end measurement is 18'-4" long x 36.5" at widest center x 12" tall at center. CONDITION: No visible damage. Some slight bubbles on paint and very minor/slight bumps, irregularities on underside. A scrape on the bottom metal edge.

I assume it's water-worthy but i have no way of testing. Based on the visual inspection…no reason to believe it's not ready to use.
