Folks, this is an early 16’ Otca Model Old Town canoe. Serial # 102414 . Factory records show that this canoe was built and shipped in 1929 to J Owens in Lee MA. Please read the catalog description, this says it all. This canoe has not been restored.

It has the original canvas, varnish and a very good and old repair. It has age, beauty and grace. It comes with a copy of build sheet and catalog page. For collectors of early Old Town canoes, this is a fantastic opportunity. This canoe is usable and doesn’t need restoration, just a paddle.
