16' Chestnut Cruiser Wooden Canoe (Reproduction)

Canoe Make and Model: Chestnut Cruiser style – 2006 (reproduction)Canoe Length: 16'Built by Michael Snider of Iowa City IA in 2006. Mold was a copy of a Chestnut factory mold. Serial # 105 Just completed a restore/cleanup with inside hull, decks and trim getting 4 coats of UV SPAR varnish and 4 coats of marine enamel on the exterior. Gold strips added to set off red paint job. Very solid canoe with no broken or repaired ribs or plank.

Very lightly used to this point. This canoe should be a very good stream or lake canoe. The weight is approximately 68 pounds so a canoe that can be portaged if extended trips between waters.
