Caned Folding Canoe Seats. Dirt Road Waitsfield Vt. ?

This is a pair of nice folding canoe or boat seats, they have oak or ash frames with cane seats and back. They may be made in Vt. By Dirt Road, i see others that are similiar stated to be of this maker. They are lightly used, one seat and back has excellant cane, the other has a damaged spot on the seat but good back. One of ther chairs has cut outs in the base sides,(for carrying?).
