Surf Kayak Mouldings 5.1m

For sale professionally made Single surf canoe mouldings, comprising 2 parts, upper and lower mouldings. Moulding was made by Trylon Ltd. And measure 5.3m so the kayak would turn out at about 5.1m long and c57cms at widest. I bought these mouldings and few others with the intention of making a few in my spare time as a bit of a hobby and bit of a part time business. Turned out this style of canoe will sell for £4/500 each and are easy to make once you have practiced and got the hang of it making 2 - 3 in a week is achievable.

Work commitments have resulted in me working away from home so these are now gathering dust in my barn and really ought to be put to some use by someone else, hence the reason for listing these items. The photos aren't great and show one of the surf canoe mouldings on top of the Canadian canoe mouldings (also listed). I have a seat moulding that can be adapted to fit but is not the original moulding for this style of canoe, a bit of customization will make it fit. All mouldings are in good working condition and after a polish and wax will be ready to be used. I've made GRP boats and canoes in the past so can give advice and guidance if required, also if needed I have a couple of hundred pints worth of materials that can go with these mounds if bought together.

These are heavy GRP mouldings and I would expect will require a large van to move together, I did move this one set on the roof of my Audi estate car but wouldn't recommend it if you are traveling a long distance. They are around 16' long overall and will require two strong people to lift and load. Located near Hastings in East Sussex, prefer cash on collection.
