Vintage17 Ft Lapstrake Strip Built Green-Painted Canoe

This vintage canoe is a Lapstrake design strip built cedar canoe. It measures 17" long and is quite light. Its hull has been repainted a rich green within the last few years and there is some white trim. We figure this piece was built sometime around 1940-1960. It has two woven seats secured at either end and a pull rope for better maneuvering when loading and tying off.

There are no paddles with this item. While it appears to be in overall great condition and seaworthy, it has not been out on the water in some time and signs wear from both age and use are visible on the wood and paint.
