Wooden Canoe Hand Built 16ft Beautiful Canoe Only Been In The Water Twice.

Welcome to my auction for a absolutely stunning 16ft long 3ft wide 3 man Canadian canoe. The boat is a hand built kayel granta ranger 16ft from the design by Ken littledyke. This boat was built in the 1980s used once and put into dry storage and I have just taken it out on the water for its second ever Outing on our local canal. The boat is very stable and handles a lot better than the kayaks we normally use. It’s made from plywood with a amazing gloss finish and looks really amazing.

There are no patches or repairs in the boat it’s still as nice as the day it was built and totally watertight. We had an amazing afternoon today on the water and had so many comments about what a amazing looking canoe it was by walkers and canal boat owners. Sadly as I now need the garage space and my kids with end up treating it like they treat their plastic kayaks and bounce it off the bankings and end up destroying it. I really don’t want that to happen as this really is a beautiful water craft. It’s also very lightweight for its size will go on roof bars or trailer.
