Photo 11 for 16' Cedar Strip Double Canoe Wood Wooden  New!!  45 Pounds!

How is the initial stability of this canoe and how does it track ? I am replacing a fiberglass canoe that had a toe keel and was fairly flat bottomed, so initial stability was good. I would be using it on a lake and through Labyrinth Canyon on the green river (class one). Thanks, Jim
